Mac doesn't complete boot after Sierra Update 10.12.2

Summary:
After update through Mac App Store my Mac hangs while booting with 100% progress bar after having entered login password. After restore of backup I did a combo update with same result.

Steps to Reproduce:
Update macOS 10.12.2 through Mac App Store or Combo Update

Expected Results:
Mac should boot into Finder

Actual Results:
Mac hangs while booting with 100% progress bar after having entered login password. 

Version:
macOS 10.12.1 (16B2555)

Notes:
I tried to do a safe boot (Shift key) with no success. I reset PRAM. I did an smc reset. No chance. Attached you'll find a photo of my Mac booting into 10.12.2 with verbose output enabled.
