While navigating in Apple Maps siri should not be full screen.

Summary:
I'm a heavy Siri user and I use it mainly in the car. I'm driving from customer to customer every workday. When I start navigation I usually want to call the next client or my assistant. I use Siri and it is full screen. Blocking my navigation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start navigation with Apple Maps
2. Ask siri to call 'John Appleseed'

Expected Results:
Siri should be at the top or bottom of my screen leaving Apple Maps use most screen space.

Actual Results:
Siri is blocking navigation.
