Summary:
The following Burmese text (the syllable "nnu") renders incorrectly with the default iOS and macOS font for Burmese script (Myanmar Sangam):
န်ု (U+1014 U+103A U+102F)
The order of the code points is correct for this syllable:
U+1014 MYANMAR LETTER NA
U+103A MYANMAR SIGN ASAT
U+102F MYANMAR VOWEL SIGN U
I confirmed the order is correct in Section 16.3 of the Unicode specification ("Myanmar contractions"):

Contractions. In a few Myanmar words, the repetition of a consonant sound is written with a single occurrence of the letter for the consonant sound together with an asat sign.
This asat sign occurs immediately after the double-acting consonant in the coded representation.

I confirmed that other Myanmar fonts like Padauk (attached to this task) do not have this issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In iOS 10.2 or macOS 10.12.1, open Notes or TextEdit app
2. Copy-paste the following text: န်ု
Expected Results:
Character should appear as a single glyph (like the "Padauk" section in the attached screenshot)
Actual Results:
Character appears as two glyphs with the second containing a dashed circle indicating a font error
