IMServicePlugIn does not appear in Account preferences

Area: Messages Summary: I'm writing an IMServicePlugIn, but I can't get it show up in the Account preferences. It loads, and a preference file is generated for it, but it cannot when creating a new account an option for my plugin does not show up. I have downloaded the Apple sample code from https://developer.apple.com/legacy/library/samplecode/IRCServicePlugIn/Listings/readme_txt.html and tried it as well, and it has the same issue. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Copy my plugin to /Library/Messages/PlugIns 2. Run Messages 3. Try to add an account Expected Results: My plugin shows up in the accounts popup Actual Results: The plugin is loaded but it doesn't show up in the UI Version: macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Beta (16D30a) Notes: Configuration: Early 2015 MacBook Pro with Retina Display running macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Beta (16D30a)
