After updating a third party keyboard it doesn't work in open apps

Area: Software Update Summary: After a third party keyboard is updated either through the App Store or through Testflight the keyboard extension won't work in apps that were previously open. It will be listed in the keyboard popup as "(null) - Keyboard Name" and if chosen it won't open. Force closing the apps will make it work again it. Steps to Reproduce: Install a third party keyboard Use it in an app Create an update for the keyboard Install the update Try to use it in the same app Expected Results: The keyboard should work with the new update Actual Results: The keyboard doesn't work until after the app / phone is restarted and is listed as "(null) - Keyboard Name" Version: iOS 10.2 Notes: Configuration: Happens on any iOS device
