Calendar replies contain "(null)"

The automatically sent email for calendar replies contains a (null) placeholder:

	(null) hat deine Einladung zum Ereignis „Test6“ angenommen (geplant für 4. Februar 2017 um 21:30 (GMT (GMT) offset 0).

Steps to reproduce:

A Google Calendar invitation is received on an IMAP based email account.
The (first) ICS Attachment of the invitation is double clicked and opened in the Calendar app.
The calendar is changed from the default Local calendar to an iCloud based calendar (this step doesn't actually make a difference).
The event is accepted.
