Xcode playgrounds - got a ' "" Report a bug' message in a non-running playground

Summary:
Went to run a playground (after splitting a larger one up, and having to fix a chunk of markup due to rdar://30339015.)

The playground doesn't, gives me the error banner at the top, with no message (see attached screen shot)

I have do the Windows 95 thing and restart Xcode, and then it behaves.

(it'd be nice to have a way to capture interesting information immediately when things like this happen -c.f. rdar://29884107)
