Tapping the Share button crashes Safari

Summary:
In mobile Safari on iPad, tapping the share button makes the app crash.

Happens with `SFSafariViewController` as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a web page
2. Tap the share button
3. 💥

Expected Results:
The share sheet opens.

Actual Results:
The app/view controller crashes.

Version:
iOS 10.3 Beta 2 14E5239e

Notes:
Rebooting does not fix the issue.

Configuration:
iPad Pro 12.9
