App Crashes with 0x8badf00d are missing the Application Specific Information section in iOS 10

Now, with iOS 10, the crash reports contain no such information, and instead look like this:

Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY 
Termination Reason: Namespace SPRINGBOARD, Code 0x8badf00d 
Triggered by Thread: 0

Filtered syslog: 
None found

Steps to Reproduce:
Look at a 0x8badf00d crash report generated by iOS 10

Expected Results:
Application specific info section is contained, which info about held background tasks/assertions

Actual Results:
This Application Specific Information section is no longer part of the crash report.
