Summary:
Several movies were rented and verified that the download succeeded and movies were in TV app before leaving for a trip.

On the airplane once the TV app was run there was nothing but a blank white screen until in-flight Wi-Fi

Steps to Reproduce:
rent movies
go offline
open tv app

Expected Results:
able to watch rented movies or to see any content in tv app

Actual Results:
tv ap shows nothing but a white screen until internet connectivity is established
