Xcode - playgrounds - turning a block comment into a rendered block leaves in comment terminator

I have this in a playground:

/*
Stuff
*/

The playground mode is in "Show Rendered Markup".

I enter a colon after the /*, which turns that block into rendered markup (yay).  The closing */ is left on the display.  I need to go out of rendered markup and back in to make the */ go away.
