Safari ignores CSS page-break-inside: avoid

Safari ignores the CSS tag "page-break-inside: avoid" in table rows and cells (and probably anywhere else). When printing, page breaks occur within table rows/cells no matter what is set in page-break-inside directive. All other major browsers (inkl. Webkit browsers like Chromium and Chrome) do it right.
