Debugging Share Extension via "Ask on Launch" Builds Tests, requires code-signing

the Tests target and another target it depends upon have ben set to NO for Run.  nevertheless, when attempting to "Run" to debug this share extension, it attempts to build both targets not marked for running

Steps to reproduce

1. a scheme such as the attached
2. attempt to "Run" (Cmd-R)


Expected Results

it will build the executable without building anything marked as disabled for run, and then ask what to run, and run that.


Actual Results

it atttempts to build the test target, which requires code-signing for the hardware.
