Summary: It used to be possible to hit command control space to reveal emoji picker or click show corresponding window from the language selection menu Now shortcut doesn't work - it flashes the corresponding menu item but doesn't show the emoji palette and the menu items show (null) instead of emoji or character Steps to Reproduce: Hit the keystroke or open language menu Expected Results: Emoji picker should appear Actual Results: Emoji picker should appear Regression: This problem persists though computer restarts etc
