Battery status indicator stops updating after removing then readding it to the menu bar

Summary: Battery status indicator stops updating after removing then readding it to the menu bar. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Uncheck then check the "Show battery status in menu bar" checkbox. 2. Check then check the "Show battery status in menu bar" checkbox. Expected Results: The battery status indicator updates to reflects power status. Observed Results: The battery status indicator doesn't update to reflect power status.
