Summary:
The times for some reports in the sidebar appear to be incorrect for the new Bug Reporter. Please see the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a bug with an incorrect date

Expected Results:
The date would match the date in the description

Observed Results:
The date in the sidebar doesn't match; I'm not sure where it came from

Duplicate of rdar://problem/32282512, which was marked as closed.
