Bug Reporter frequently "loses connection" and fails to save drafts

Summary:
Bug Reporter seems to have an issue where drafts are rarely saved, since it complains that the network connection was lost. However, the connection appears to be fine. Please see attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bug report
2. Wait for a draft to autosave

Expected Results:
There is an autosaved draft

Observed Results:
The draft fails to save
