Enable public API for 3 panel split view controllers like the ones used in Mail and Notes on the iPad 12.9. This would be a huge help in building nested interfaces for the iPad pro. --- The community wants this too, here's an open source implementation trying to do 3 panel split view controllers: https://github.com/TimOliver/TOSplitViewController
