Tabs can't be renamed by double clicking

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Xcode 9
2. Create a new project
3. Add a tab
4. Double click the name of the tab

Expected Results:
Nothing happens.

Observed Results:
At the position of the name a text field appears where I can change the name of the tab.
