Summary:
The "Foundation" framework is used by a lot of macOS programs and third-party Cocoa apps, however is not open source. This makes it difficult for Darwin users to use said programs and apps

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit https://opensource.apple.com/source/Foundation/

Observed Results:
A 404 Error is displayed.

Expected Results:
A page showing different versions of the source code for the Foundation project should be displayed.
