Select WiFi network from iOS11 connectivity tile in Control Center

Summary:
Please allow quick-selection of a wifi network from Control Center!

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open Control Center
2) 3D-touch the Wifi/connectivity tile to present the connectivity options
3) 3D-touch the Wifi toggle button

Expected Results:
1) A list of available Wifi networks should be presented for me to select from
2) Upon selection device should connect to selected wifi network

Observed Results:
1) Nothing happens
