The Siri weather card has odd horizontal lines on it

On macOS, asking Siri for the weather will show a card with spurious horizontal lines on it. See attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ask Siri for the weather.

Expected Results:
A well rendered card.

Observed Results:
A card with lines on it.
