3D Touch Multitasking no longert works in iOS 11

Summary: I use 3D Touch Multitasking to switch between apps all the time. This is the best feature of my iPhone 7. Seems like this no longer works on iOS 11. Please bring it back. Steps to Reproduce: - Expected Results: - Actual Results: - Version: iOS 11b2 Notes: No sample needed - this is a system feature. Try it on iOS 10 (force touch on the left border) to invoke the app switcher. Observe it’s gone in 11.
