Lifting animation is too limited

Summary:
Currently it's impossible to do custom rotation or scaling animations for the lifting preview using dragInteraction(_:willAnimateLiftWith:session:) because both UIDragPreviewTarget.transform and view.transform are ignored.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch sample app.
2. Try lifting.

Expected Results:
Preview does some rotation and scaling animations during lifting.

Observed Results:
None.
