Xcode crashes when searching for certain words in documentation

Summary:
Searching for certain terms in the documentation viewer causes Xcode to crash. Some of these terms include "web", "delete", and "nswindow", but there are many others. Attached is a sample crash log.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open documentation.
2. Search for one of the terms listed above.

Expected Results:
Resets pertinent to the search query.

Observed Results:
Crash.

Version 9.0 beta 4 (9M189t)/macOS High Sierra 10.13 Beta (17A315i)

Notes:
Regression from beta 3.

Configuration:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running macOS High Sierra 10.13 Beta (17A315i)
