Summary: The current SiriKit API allows the whole resolution process to follow through without a good place to verify if the request can be performed in the first place — for example because the user is not logged in to the app. For example, the INAddTasksIntent has a `confirm:completion` method, which allows us to respond with `.failureRequiringAppLaunch` but that only gets called *after* task name, task list, temporal/spatial trigger resolution.
