Summary:
The animation for deleting controls from Control Center in Settings has a glitchy animation. See attached screen recording.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Control Center > Customize.
3. Delete something.

Expected Results:
The animation has noticeable glitches.

Observed Results:
The animation is smooth.
