Some of Bug Reporter's assets 404 out, making it impossible to use

Summary:
Some of Bug Reporter’s resources are missing due to 404 errors, leaving the page blank. This make Bug Reporter impossible to use (I’m using a third-party client to report this). See attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Bug Reporter.

Expected Results:
Bug Reporter Loads.

Actual Results:
The page is blank and some resources haven’t loaded.
