UITabBarItem setBadgeTextAttributes doesn't change font on iOS 11

Summary:
When setting custom font using setBadgeTextAttributes on a UITabBarItem, the font stays system and doesn't change.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch the attached project.
- Observe how on iOS 11 the badge item font doesn't change, but on iOS 10 does.

Expected Results:
The font of the badge item should change.

Actual Results:
The font of the badge item stays system and doesn't change.
