Live Photos "Remove Tourists" Mode

As a variant of the "Time Lapse" option for Live Photos, remove moving objects. This would help remove tourists, birds, cars, etc. from photographs. See for example https://photofocus.com/2015/02/24/remove-tourists-from-images-using-photoshop/
