Controls placed on top of QLPreviewView are not hittable.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a simple container NSView 2. Add QLPreviewView it the container 3. Add NSButton to the container and place it over QLPreviewView Expected Results: Button is clickable. Actual Results: Button is not clickable. Version/Build: Configuration: macOS High Sierra 10.13 Beta (17A360a)
