Xcode 9 (9A235): Swift autocomplete does not work

Summary: Autocomplete when writing swift code fails most of the time. It simply doesn't work.

This makes it practically impossible to work in swift.

By contrast, Xcode works correctly (and quickly) with Objective-C.

Steps to Reproduce: Clean. Build. Work for a few minutes.

Expected Results: Autocomplete continues to work.

Actual Results: Autocomplete does not work.
