Add HomeKit Speaker support to Siri

Summary:
It would be great if Siri could control HomeKit accessories with the Speaker service.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an accessory to the Home App that has a speaker service.
2. Ask Siri to turn up the volume.

Expected Results:
Siri turns up the volume.

Actual Results:
Siri says it can’t.
