Summary:
HomeKit should play random lights when triggering a party scene.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ask Siri to "make a party in a room" (you could adjust wording here but I think the command is not recognized anyway)

Expected Results:
HomeKit plays and changes random colors with the lights in that room.

Actual Results:
Command is not recognized.
