UIStackView documentation missing in Xcode 9

 
Summary:
UIStackView documentation can not be found in Xcode 9. This includes searching for it in the Developer Documentation window, option-click on UIStackView in code to show quick help, and the quick help inspector.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Developer Documentation
Search for UIStackView

Expected Results:
UIStackView will be found

Actual Results:
No results found in Developer Documentation
