iCloud Drive not working reliable in the Simulator

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Simulator
2. Sign in to iCloud
3. Open Files.app (or any other app that uses iCloud Drive)


Expected Results:
Access to files stored on the iCloud Drive


Actual Results:
Missing files, nothing happening.
The same application run with Xcode8 works as expected and has access to the iCloud Drive files.

Version/Build:
Simulator: Version 10.0 (SimulatorApp-829.6 CoreSimulator-494.22.3)
iOS: 11.0
Xcode: Version 9.0 (9A235)
macOS 10.13 (17A405)
