Xcode 9.0.1 (9A1004): Guides are no longer available in the documentation browser

With Xcode 9, it is no longer possible to view any of the API Guides in the built-in documentation browser. For example, the Table View Programming Guide for Mac, the Human Interface Guidelines, and the Swift Language Guide. These are all essential resources that I often have open in the documentation browser. Though they are available on the web, I'd rather view them in the documentation browser alongside the API reference.

I should also mention that another big reason for having Guides available in the documentation browser is so that they're available offline
