Summary:
When you have Finder opened as a Fullscreen window and double click an archive to unpack using Archive Utility, upon finishing and closing of Archive Utility you will be thrown back to your previous Desktop, even though the extracted file(s) are in the Fullscreen Finder window.

This is annoying and severely limits my workflow by having to swipe back to return to my Fullscreen Finder window.

This issue behaves as intended based on the following: When launching any app, it will take you out of your current space by design. We understand from a user’s perspective that it would be nice to end up at the final location, but there are no plans to implement that.
