No audio from iMac connected to MacBook Pro using Target Display mode. Used to work fine, but stopped working recently, presumably after Mojave upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Target Display mode on iMac (2013-late) connected to Macbook Pro (2014-mid).
2. On MacBook Pro, select sound output device to iMac.
3. Play any sound.

Expected Results:
Sound output from iMac internal speaker.

Actual Results:
No sound from iMac at all.

Both iMac and MacBook Pro run latest macOS Mojave (10.14.2)

Did you ever get a fix for this? Driving me mad that I can't get audio to play through my iMac in TDM since the update to Mojave on my 2019 MacBook Pro 15". Please let me know if there was ever a solution given - did upgrading to Catalina fix this for you?
