Cloud icon is missing from offloaded apps in Search

Area: Spotlight Summary: When an app is offloaded and shows up in Search results, there is no indication that the app is offloaded and has to be downloaded. The cloud indicator is present in the home screen. Steps to Reproduce: - Offload an app - Look at it on the Home Screen - Search for it and look at it in Search Expected Results: Both icons should have the cloud download indicator Actual Results: The cloud download indicator is only present on the home screen, not in search.
