iTunes won't play my songs (again)

Summary:
I visited the iTunes store, I then tried to play my own music, iTunes refused to cooperate. This is not the first time this happened (at all).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do something on the store?
2. Try to play a song

Expected Results:
Song plays

Actual Results:
Nothing happens and a row of pixels disappears from the Apple logo (not even joking: https://pile.pjaspers.com/Screenshot-2019-02-20-at-15.12.41-6EAHoe.png)
