Youtube app loses login information

Summary:
Youtube app loses login info when there is limited connectivity or no data connection available.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login on Youtube app
2. Close Youtube app
3. Enter Airplane mode
4. Open Youtube app

Expected Results:
A message saying to enable wifi, and once enabled, it should connect with previously entered login info.

Actual Results:
App forgets login info and prompts user to enter it again.

Regression:
It never worked right AFAIK.
