Summary: Attempting to rearrange my apps after the iOS5 install I attempted to drag the Newsstand application first onto an existing folder, and then onto another app to create a new folder. This fialed in both cases with the drop target sliding out from under the dragged item. This happens on both the device (a GSM iPhone4) and iTunes (10.5 beta2). Steps to Reproduce: Install iOS5 beta2, attempt to place Newsstand into a folder. Expected Results: Newsstand goes into the folder Actual Results: Newsstand remains outwith the folder

Which is exactly why we need to keep filing this 'bug' (along with the other apple-standard apps we all know and love, but can at least file away into a single folder)
This is like saying that there is a bug where you can't put a folder in a folder. Newstand is just a special variation of a folder. This wont ever get "fixed". The best you can hope for is that Apple adds it under Settings > Restrictions so you can get it to go away.
