Summary:
Resizing a Carbon application's window using the lower left or upper right corners blocks sometimes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Take any Carbon application (e.g. Elgato Turbo.264 HD or Fetch Softworks's Fetch).
2) Resize a window so it pretty much fills the screen
3) Try to make it smaller by quickly dragging from the upper right or lower left corner.
Expected Results:
The window should become smaller and smaller until it hits the minimum size the developer specified. Even by changing e.g. to resizing using the bottom edge, you should not be able to make it any smaller.
Actual Results:
The window becomes smaller for a while, then suddenly refuses to resize vertically (as if the minimum size had already been reached, though it visibly hasn't). If you now release the mouse button and resize using the bottom edge, you can make the window even smaller.
