Xcode 12.3 doesn't include SDK iOS 14.4
Hence I can't connect my phone (iPhone XS iOS 14.4) to the Xcode.

Please describe the issue:
Xcode 12.3 doesn't include SDK iOS 14.4
Hence I can't connect my phone (iPhone XS iOS 14.4) to the Xcode.

Please list the steps you took to reproduce the issue:
Install Xcode 12.3 and connect to iPhone with iOS 14.4

What did you expect to happen?
Xcode 12.3 recognize the device iPhone

What actually happened?
Xcode 12.3 didn't recognize the device iPhone

Xcode 12.3 will allow you to develop on an iOS 14.4 device

Engineering has provided the following information regarding this issue:

Xcode 12.3 does not contain the iOS 14.4 SDK. However, it does contain a developer disk image that will allow you to develop on an iOS 14.4 device, provided that your app has a deployment target of iOS 14.3.
