Text in now playing views on Lock Screen and in control center does not scale up with dynamic type

- Play media (such as from Apple Music) - Set dynamic type size - Go to Lock Screen or to the expanded Control Center now playing view - Observe that text does not proportionally scale up with the larger dynamic text sizes (though does scale down with those below the default) (See attached video for example)
