Create below text in Mac OS 12 or 11 in textedit as plain text or open attached text “ChandrabinduSign.txt”

Move the cursor around the text to observe the issue.

All characters has chandrabindu sign ಁ next to them 1. Chandrabindu sign will be invisible, until a space is added to the line 2. If chandrabindu sign is in the first line, it is clipped
