Xcode should schedule failing tests to run first

When developing, I often iterate on a single or a few tests. Maybe I'll re-run the tests for the current file. In that case, the tests that failed running last time (the ones I'm likely trying to fix) should be scheduled at the beginning of the test run. This will reduce the amount of time developers are waiting for feedback before they can continue to work.
