Can't type backslash on Swedish Pro keyboard layout

Summary:
With the default settings for a Swedish computer, it's impossible to type backslash (option-shift-7), as there's a global hotkey (option-/) defined that opens the help menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
• Install macOS 10.14 beta
• Select Sweden as the region, and Swedish Pro as the keyboard layout
• Start Terminal.app
• Type option-shift-7

Expected Results:
A backslash

Actual Results:
Help menu opens

Version/Build:
10.14/18A293u

Configuration:
MacBook Pro with Swedish keyboard layout.
