Dear Support Team,

Over the past few weeks, I've observed that the UARPUpdaterServiceUSBPD process is using an excessive amount of memory on my MacBook Pro. Initially, after restarting macOS, the memory usage appears minimal. However, I've noticed a gradual increase throughout the day, often exceeding 2GB by the evening.

I found a discussion on Reddit where several users are experiencing similar issues, suggesting this may be a common problem, particularly on Intel-based laptops. You can view the thread here for more details: https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/1btyoi9/uarpupdaterserviceusbpd_consuming_4gb_of_ram_on/.

It seems there might be a memory leak within the UARPUpdaterServiceUSBPD. Could you please investigate this issue? I am happy to provide any additional information you might need to resolve this.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,
Alex
